What does "wildcrafted" actually mean?
It means the sea moss is harvested from open Atlantic waters — not grown in salt-water pools on a farm and then dried twice. Most "wildcrafted" labels on shelves today are pool-grown. Ours is the real thing, hand-harvested and shipped fresh to our Brooklyn kitchen.
