Using the Healistix store

These terms apply to purchases and use of healistix.com. The store is operated under the Healistix brand and hosted on Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Contact hi@healistix.com with questions.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your items, purchase type, quantities, shipping charges, taxes and final total before ordering. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Product availability, offers and future prices may change.

We may contact you to resolve an error, stock issue or suspected unauthorized transaction. If we cannot fulfill an order and cancel it, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.

One-time purchases and subscriptions

A one-time purchase does not authorize recurring orders. If you select a subscription, the price, billing frequency and recurring terms displayed at checkout apply. Review those terms before authorizing payment. Cancel before the next renewal order is generated to prevent that renewal. Contact hi@healistix.com for assistance. Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically cancel or refund an order already created; our refund policy applies.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy explains available services and estimates. Our Return and refund policy explains the first-order guarantee, return conditions and damaged-item process. These policies form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Product information and use

Review the ingredients, directions, storage instructions and date information on the jar you receive. Product images may show serving suggestions or packaging variations. Website information is general product information and is not personalized medical advice. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about individual health concerns.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use its content unlawfully. Keep account credentials secure. Healistix and its licensors retain rights in their original site content, branding and other protected materials.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party services and external websites may have separate terms and privacy notices.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date; changes do not remove rights relating to an existing order. For an order problem or dispute, contact hi@healistix.com so we can review it.
