Where we ship

Healistix currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Free economy shipping

US orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $50 USD or more after discounts qualify for free economy shipping. Taxes do not count toward the minimum. Select the free economy option when available at checkout. Expedited services are not included in this offer.

Other shipping options

Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping minimum and for other delivery services are calculated at checkout according to the order and destination. Review the total before placing your order.

Delivery estimates

Economy shipping has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days. Where offered, standard service has an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days. These are carrier transit estimates after dispatch, not guaranteed arrival dates or a promise that an order has already shipped. Order processing is separate. Contact hi@healistix.com before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Carrier disruptions, weather and holidays may affect delivery. Use the tracking information provided for your shipment to follow its progress.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully before submitting an order. Contact hi@healistix.com promptly if you need a correction; changes may not be possible once processing or shipment begins. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. See our Return and refund policy.

On arrival

Inspect your jars and follow the storage directions and date information on the packaging.
